I don’t think I can express enough how amazing CM Accident Repair services are.
Their customer service- I’ve never had such a positive and professional service, in any respect before. I was greeted by Colm just before they closed on a Saturday. This was not a problem at all, Colm inspected my car and took me into the spotless and comfortable office he talked me through everything step by step that needed to be done to repair my car. (As I know very little about cars this was greatly appreciated).
I was introduced to Leanne on the Monday by phone and she went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process and explained everything to me. Her professionalism and friendly manner was First class! Any time I called for an update Leanne knew straight away who I was and what stage my car was at. This level of customer service is hard to come by in my opinion.
When my car was ready I couldn’t believe the difference. It was like brand new again!
In summary I can not recommend CM Accident Repair enough. I have already told anyone who will listen about them. You will not be disappointed with their service.
